Identity Theft was so easy to work with from the start. They were very friendly and great at listening to what we wanted. We could not have asked for a better band to play at our wedding (which happened to be in Fayetteville, AR). Our reception was such a blast and the music was outstanding! When we started planning our wedding, we realized early on the three things that were most important to us about the celebration: lots of dancing, plenty of drinking, and to be able to invite all our friends and family. Identity Theft made all of these things possible! We knew we needed a band that would bring a serious party, but because we wanted a big event with all of our nearest and dearest including both of our gigantic families, we would not be able to afford some of the very high-priced bands out there (NONE of which were even close to as good as IDT, by the way!). Thankfully they did, and we could not have been happier!! What a sigh of relief we breathed once we had our dream band booked for our dream day! IDT truly WAS the party! And even though they obviously have great partying skills , they were also extremely organized and professional. Jared did a phenomenal job as master of ceremonies, which provided us with much-needed peace of mind during our reception so we were able to enjoy ourselves. They were receptive to my few requests and made a point to play them, but more importantly—IDT did a fabulous job of reading the crowd. It seemed like as each song started as the evening wore on, the cheers only got louder and louder. The dance floor stayed packed throughout the evening, and we both heard “This band is incredible!” countless times from our guests the whole night. Over a month later those comments have still not stopped. We, along with our families and friends, recommend Identity Theft at every chance we get. A little over a year ago, my daughter became engaged, and we found ourselves planning our first wedding. We knew that we wanted a live band for the reception, but we were nervous about choosing the right band. My daughter found out about Identity Theft through some internet research, and after meeting with Jared, we decided that this was the band we’d go with. We were so very glad we did. During the reception, I had a wardrobe malfunction and they played dinner music for at least an hour, never running out of soft, romantic music. We got married on 11.5.11 in Austin, TX and had the most fun wedding reception ever! Speaking as a bride who has been in 19 weddings, and attended countless others – Identity Theft and was absolutely the best! They got everybody excited and on the dance floor. Our guests were talking about the band for many weeks after the event. I am a full believer that the music can make or break the party. With this in mind I was super picky when it came to booking a band for the wedding. In fact, you could say I built my whole wedding around this premise because Identity Theft was actually the very first vendor I booked for the wedding. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Seriously, these guys (and ladies) are AWESOME! I knew right away in my initial dealings with Jared that they were young, hip and cool (exactly what we wanted in a cover band – my worst nightmare would have been to have old cheesy guys trying to pull off singing Lady Gaga!) and WOW can they perform! Our dance floor was PACKED all night long. After their last song the guests chanted “one more song, one more song”! It was SO much fun and I don’t remember dancing so much since I was in college (more than a few years ago)! Everyone kept asking where we found them and I can honestly say that I think a year from now they could probably get away with charging 3-5 times as much. They are THAT GOOD. Cee-Lo-Green to Lady Gaga to Katy Perry to Stevie Wonder to U2, they rock it all out.

Identity Theft went above our expectations! They put on a great public show and their wedding performance was AMAZING! All we heard about after we got back from out honeymoon was how awesome the band was and how much fun they had. It was the BEST reception they have been to. Some people wanted to book them for just regular weekend parties. Our wedding was on a Sunday night and Identity Theft had us partying like it was a Saturday night. Big props to Identity Theft!
